Replacement worked great
There was a shipping issue. Customer service responded quickly and sent replacement item promptly.
I accidentally ordered the incorrect size at first but customer service was very responsive. I emailed them and they emailed back within an hour or two. They gave me a refund for the part but not the shipping, but when I ordered the 2nd time I didn't have to pay for shipping. When I got the correct size it worked great and my can lid is like new again! Slow-close, so satisfying!
