The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. We use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. Communications and Marketing Data: We retain information used for Communications with us and for Marketing and Advertising for a period consistent with maintaining our business relationship, unless you exercise your Right to Delete or opt-out of communications, provided we do not have an overriding legal reason to keep the data.

California Privacy Rights: iTouchless will not sell or share your Personal Information with non-iTouchless companies for their direct marketing purposes without your consent.

We strive to respond to all confirmed data subject requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Upon receiving a verifiable request to exercise one of your rights (such as the Right to Access or Right to Delete), we will:

  2. Fulfill the Request: We will endeavor to fulfill the request within 30 calendar days following the successful verification of your identity.
