The "new" lid works much better than the original one (that stopped working before the warranty was up). I appreciated iTouchless replacing it.
A very good buy great device and great company post purchase care
My previous lid failed about 10 days after the warranty period expired, so I was disappointed when I reached out via email (no response received) that consideration was not given to how close I was to the end of the warranty period. Other than that, this lid has proved very useful for my small kitchen scenario.
I’m very happy with having purchased the iTouchless small trash can. It conveniently fits within the narrow space between the shower and toilet bowl. And the option for either a left-opening or right-opening touchless lid is certainly a value add.
