iTouchless will only honor warranty requests from purchases made from our websites and authorized dealers in the U.S. and Canada. We will replace a product or part that fails as the result of a defect during the warranty period, payment for return shipping may be required per the warranty service. Products that are sold as used, floor samples, closeouts, refurbished or purchased from an unauthorized dealer or auction are not warranted by iTouchless. Use of a third party part or accessory with the iTouchless product voids the warranty.

Administration Fee
- $14.95 USD for 48 contiguous U.S. states (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
- $34.95 USD for Alaska and Hawaii
- $24.95 USD for Canada
- Fee is assessed per claim
To obtain your warranty service
- Register your product (customer account is required)
- Go to ACCOUNT and find the 'Make a claim' button
- Submit a claim by filling out the claim form
Our Warranty Department will send instructions on receiving your warranty service.
Exclusions: Parts, such as Trash Cans' Body, Inner Bucket, Trash Bag Retainer Ring, Battery Cover, Odor Filter, Odor Filter Compartment, etc., are not covered by the warranty service.
