I just wanted to pass along how great Trent was at resolving my issue with my trash can. He was fast and efficient and I have a feeling if we were actually talking the friendly would be there too. Thanks to Trent and iTouchless for excellent customer service, which is hard to come by this day!

I would just like to take a moment to let you know about a current employee, Joshua F, who helped me recently with an issue involving our trash can lid. Although the new unit hasn't arrived yet, I wanted to take the time while his conduct was still fresh in my mind. He was very professional and courteous, and although my only contact with him was via email, he seemed like he cared about my situation. He took time to understand my problem, offer solutions, and help get it it fixed. I appreciate his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. I was disappointed in the situation and dreaded contacting customer support due to past experiences with other companies. Joshua put my concerns about the process at ease, helped me very quickly and made the experience pleasant.
