We love our iTouchless Sensor Trash Can so we were upset when it stopped working. I reached out to Customer Service on the website and replacing the lid couldn’t have been easier! We did have to pay a small Warrenty fee, but we were not required to send the defective lid back so that was a savings. We received the new lid quickly and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
This company is amazing! They have a one year warranty on this garbage can lid and they honor it with zero hassle. It belonged to my mother, who is 96 years old so we have no idea what went wrong. We’ve had ours for over three years and it still works great!
