How long after I place my order, will it take to receive it?
Online Order: If you ordered online and the product is available (availability information provided on the website) it will be shipped the same or next business. When you receive your order depends on the type of shipping option you chose when ordering. You will receive an email from us with either the Fedex, UPS or USPS tracking information after your order has shipped, so you can track it.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We ship either Fedex, UPS or USPS with tracking or signature confirmation depending on the product you order. For your protection, you need to sign for the package. You will receive an email from us with either the Fedex, UPS or USPS tracking information after your order has shipped. If you don't receive the tracking number after five (5) business days, please Talk to Us with your order Invoice Number and we will email it to you.
How do I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped we email you the tracking information along with either the Fedex, UPS or USPS tracking number.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with your purchase. The guarantee starts from the day you receive your product. Please make sure you send back the entire package including all instructions etc. Once we receive your product we will refunded you less shipping & handling costs.
What happens if I receive my product and it has been damaged in transit or is defective?
Please email us to request a Exchange Mechandise Authorization Number (EMA#). Remember to provide us your order Invoice Number (on top of your receipt or invoice). After we emailed you the EMA#, please send back your package to us with all original contents including original boxes, a covering letter, the EMA# and we will re-ship you the product immediately.
What happens if I don't satisfy with the product and want to return it within 30 days after I received it?
Please email us to request a Return Mechandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Remember to provide us your order Invoice Number (on top of your receipt or invoice). After we emailed you the RMA#, please send back your package to us with all original contents including all original boxes, manuals, free gifts, parts, a covering letter, the RMA# and your credit card number (For security reason, we don't have your credit card number on file) and we will refund your account less shipping & handling fee.
I don't want to order online or I do not have a credit card. How can I order?
We accept mail orders and fax orders. To order: 1) please checkout the product online; 2) print out the "Shipping Information" page and the "Payment Information" Page; 3) Send in personal check with shipping fee;
After we receive your check and the check clear the bank, we will ship you products. It may take 2 to 4 weeks.
